Key Findings
The desire to learn is one of the most important aspects of assisting older adults with technology.
Older adults have unique issues that become barriers in using their digital devices, which could include physical accessibility and/or language barriers.
In-person support from either family, friends, or a general outside source is most effective in getting older adults to understand their devices.
